Mr. McClure attended the University of California, Davis (B.A., 2003) and Willamette University College of Law (J.D., 2009). Mr. McClure joined the firm in 2009. From 2011 – 2014 Mr. McClure worked in the Washington D.C., offices of Winstead PC. His practice areas include public agency representation, including water rights, CEQA compliance and litigation, and hydroelectric transactional and regulatory matters.
